LUNCHTIME YOGA 12:10 – 12:50 pm: Drop-ins welcome at this 40-minute Lunchtime Yoga class – beginner to intermediate level Hatha Yoga designed to encourage grounding, relaxation, and energy! Bring your own mat or call me to make arrangements to borrow one.
SLOW YOGA 10:30-11:45: Strength-building Hatha Yoga and deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga poses all at a slow pace, in a small class, with plenty of individual attention. In this class, a limited number of drop-ins are allowed without special permission*, only until February 14. NOTE: Class replaced with Chair Yoga!
*The reason for registration is that the restorative portion requires a significant amount of props to be supplied and transported, so I need to know how many students to expect. Also the class size is small, to provide for plenty of individual attention.
Amazing start-up special for both classes is only available until February 14 – $5 per class or $20 for five (must be used before end of March). As of February 21, fees for Lunchtime Yoga are $10 per drop-in, $50 for a series of six in a row and the fees for Slow Yoga fee are $65 for a series of six classes while drop-ins (with require permission) are $12/class.
