Public Classes (membership or drop-in) continue at The Bodymind Centre & Kula Yoga & Wellness; please contact the studio for fees and policies.

PUBLIC CLASSES:

Mindfulness Yoga at The Bodymind Centre (see below for descriptions):

  • Mondays 7-830pm
  • Wednesdays 4-530pm
  • Sundays 1145am-115pm

Gentle Flow Yoga at Kula Yoga & Wellness:  Move with awareness through asanas introducing a different mini-sequence each week to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • Thursdays 12:15-1pm

Restorative Yoga at Kula Yoga & Wellness (see below for descriptions):

  • Fridays 10-1130am
